Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes — Velasco Auto Care Center services all makes and models, both foreign and domestic. Whether you drive a Honda, Ford, Toyota, BMW, Chevy, or anything in between, our ASE-certified technicians have the training and equipment to handle it.
Do you offer financing?
We do. We've partnered with Snap Finance, EasyPay Finance, and Synchrony so you can get the repairs you need without waiting. Apply online from our financing page — just choose your location — or ask our team when you call.
What are your hours?
Both locations are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Do you sell tires and rims?
Yes — we sell and install tires and custom rims at both locations. We also carry lift kits and leveling kits for trucks and SUVs. Call ahead to confirm availability and get a quote.
Do you service semi-trucks and commercial vehicles?
Yes. We provide heavy-duty tires, preventive maintenance, and repairs for semi-trucks and commercial fleets. Call ahead with your vehicle type and we'll let you know how we can help.
Do you offer mobile tire service?
Yes — 24 hours a day. If you're stuck with a flat or a tire emergency, we come to you for any vehicle, from passenger cars to heavy trucks. Call our mobile line and we'll get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Are your technicians certified?
All of our technicians are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified. On top of that, our shops are NAPA AutoCare members and AAA Approved Repair facilities — so you know the work meets a high standard every time.
